Why Do You Cry?

The heart by itself is a funny creature.
It makes you a different person at different times.
It won't let you burst your tears out when people are around, but will bring a fake smile to your face which will obviously strike a cord in a person that you're bluffing.
It will make you cry when you know you're hurt.
It will stop your mind from preparing to not hurt yourself with the same thing again.
But the heart doesn't have a mind to stop it from doing that.

Why Do You Cry?

Whenever the clouds of pain darkened the sky,
When the swings of sadness swayed at a high,
When tears of sorrow kissed my cheeks.
When this sensitive heart worried,
I  asked my heart, why do you cry?
The world works like this!
These deep silences,
Time has spread it all over
Some sadness is a part of everyone
Some sunshine is a part of everything
Eyes of yours are moist for no reason
Every moment is now a new season.
Why do you miss such moments,
Heart, after all why do you cry?

In Search For Humanity

The last two decades have been among the darkest phases in the history of Humanity.
Technology, what should have been the boom for existence of life is being used as a tool against other religions, castes and races.
While we're searching for life on other planets, we make sure that this one's not worth living on.
All the resources discovered to make life easier, only turns out to be devastating.
As we find life on another planet, we're making sure that this one is not worth living on.
What has happened to this world of humans? What makes 'THEM' indifferent from animals?
Humans deserve a better place to live. WE deserve a better place to live.

Lost Innocence

Wind whistling,
Snow glistening,
We try not to,
But we're all listening.

Loud screams,
Bad dreams,
It's very far,
But close it seems.

Sad day,
Lost our way,
All we can do,
Is simply pray.

Innocence gone,
Life no longer long,
We may not know, 
But we're all doing wrong.

Joy lost, 
The Holocaust,
We look to see,
Hearts covered in frost.

Wars fought,
Sins taught,
Making mistakes,
Hoping not to be caught.

Not taking blame, 
Pushing for fame,
As advanced as we are,
We're still all untamed.

Too much pride,
Needing a guide,
We will deny it, 
But behind lies we hide.

Hurting others, 
Betraying brother,
Many forgetting,
To appreciate others.

Lies are fed,
Filling heart and head,
Through all of these years,
Innocent blood has been shed.

Children abandoned,
Lonely and stranded,
We're all wasting the life
That we have been handed.

Taking from the poor,
We're loving no more,
Fight to be free, 
End up starting a war.

People starting fights,
No longer enjoying the sights,
While mere mortals are taking
Our basic rights.

Soldiers killed,
Void can't be filled,
Pay close attention,
For pure souls have been tilled.

Need to find peace,
Work together like geese,
But greatest of all,
The hate needs to cease.

Just Believe.

As I walk through life,
I look at all I have done.
I had wandered aimlessly,
And wondered what I have become.

I have been through so much,
It is amazing I made it through.
The lessons I have learned
I am shocked I pulled through.

The times I wondered
What life was all about.
The trials experienced in life,
Can make all the good come out.

We try to make it day by day.
Remembering what we were taught.
Just remember some time to pray,
It is important,
We need it every day.

Life can be short.
Unexpected at that.
We try to take its punches,
Just hoping it won't break our back.

Remember who you are,
Who you want to become.
Everything will fall into place,
When the time comes.

Don't forget I love you's,
Every chance you get.
The time may be short,
There is no time to regret.

Life can be exciting,
As we all have found out.
Eventful, even busy
There is no time to be left out.

Remember who you are,

Don't leave things undone.

Remember your families,
They are the only ones you've got.
To carry you in times of need
They can not be bought.

Remember they love you,
Either here or there.
They will always be with us.
Help for things to bear.

New talents hidden inside you.

New highs that you thought immeasurable.

The problem that defy every solution.

The complicated things seem simple.

Believe in yourself and you can enjoy,
The beauty of the nature's creation.
Believe in yourself and you can learn,
Skill of gaining knowledge from experience.

New depths in your life.

Way beyond your expectations.

Believe in your aim and work towards it,
With elation, determination and dedication.
Believe in yourself and you'll feel blessed,
As you're a very special creation.

Best Friend means different things to different people. Some insist that you can have only one best friend. Others assert that they have best friends for different aspects of their personalities. Whatever the precise definition, your best friend is the person who gets you. They understand who you are and what you are saying. The greatest distance cannot separate best friends. You will always feel a kinship with them, and be able to instantly continue the friendship even after not talking for many years.

I think of you when I'm about to make a decision and laugh - thinking of what you would say. Two different individuals, one great friendship.

These things in life are all bad I know, 
but there's far worse things, 
just thought you should know.

We don't have to see each other, to know that we care.
We could be apart for years upon end,
and still remain the best of friends.

Life goes on, and people change,

My First Love Story.

I met this beautiful girl a couple years ago
I wanted her I liked her but I didn't know
If she felt the same way as me
I laid awake every night thinking of everything we could be

I kept thinking of her day after day
Thinking of what all I could say
What all I could do
If only she had known

How I felt about her
Oh how I wished things between us would occur
I wish I had the courage to talk to her quick
But truthfully I was never too slick
I never had the courage to talk for more than a minute or two
But every time we talked my feelings for her grew
I loved her more than anyone I ever met
But that love kept me up at night upset

With feelings of sadness and regret
That did not tell her yet
That I loved her more than myself
More than money and wealth through sickness and health

My life went by month after month, day after day
Then came the day that I moved
away
There was nothing I could do, nothing I could say
As I left my skies quickly started turning gray

Then one day I got a call from you
You said you loved me so much
I couldn't believe it was true
You said you missed my touch

You missed my sense of humor
And you wished you had told me sooner
You told me you stay up crying day after day
Ever since I went away

You said we could love each other
long distance
That I was the fabric of your very existence
Time went by month after month, year after year
Every word you spoke honest and sincere

Our love never faded, only grew stronger
Even as time passed longer and longer
Till the day we finally met again
We talk how were back then and we had been

Not long after that we had wed
Got married looking forward to the life ahead
Both of us together, forever
On this endeavor

Time went by year after year
So happy neither of us shed a tear
We went on till we hit the age of seventy one
After that our time was done

Both of us died in our sleep
Holding on to each other destined to keep
Our love now and in the afterlife
Never did we get upset over any strife

Everything Happens For Reason.

Sometimes people come into your life 
and you know right away that they were meant to be there,
To serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, 
or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become.

 
You never know who these people may be.  Possibly your roommate or neighbour, 
professor or long lost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger.
 but when you lock eyes with them,  you know at that very moment
they will affect your life in some profound way.

 
And sometimes things happen to you
that may seem horrible, painful, bizzare and unfair at first, 
but in reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles 
You would have never realized your potential, strength, willpower, or heart.

Everything happens for a reason. 
Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck. 
Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness, 
and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul.

 
Without these small tests, whatever they may be, 
life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere. 
It would be safe and comfortable,
but dull and utterly pointless.

 
The people you meet who affect your life, 
and the success and downfalls you experience, 
help to create who you 
are and who you become.

 
Even the bad experiences can be learned from. 
In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones.
If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart forgive them, 
for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to when you open your heart.

 
If someone loves you, 
Love them back unconditionally, 
Not only because they love you, but because in a way, 
They are teaching you to love and how to open your heart and eyes to things.

 
Make every day count. 
Appreciate every moment and take from those moments 
everything that you possibly can 
For you may never be able to experience it again.

 
Talk to people that you have never talked to before,
and actually listen.
Walk the footsteps of a stranger
And you'll learn things you never know.

 
Let yourself fall in love, break free, 
and set your sights high. 
Hold your head up because 
you have every right to. 
Tell yourself you are a great individual 
and believe in yourself,
for if you don't believe in yourself,
It will be hard for others to believe in you.

 
You can make of your life anything you wish. 
Create your own life and then go out and live it with absolutely no regrets.

The Best Friend.

For my Father, my Friend,

Through the good times and the bad,
Your understanding I have had.
A gentle man at heart,

Here are reasons why Dads will be our ONLY hero!

1 - He taught us how to work hard and inspired us to reach the stars.

4 - He taught us make each joy count. Joy always doesn't come by splurging big, you can get joy by small things in life too!

6 - He compromised on his happiness for the smile on our face.

7 - When most required, he became our bestestest friend.

8 - His shoulders though seems risky for others, but the safest place for us to sit!

9 - He is very strong.  He carries other people's burdens and never complains.

10 - And of course, he's always there to save you from mummy's beatings!

This life, what all it shows us.
On the crooked route to our dreams, where it eventually brings us.
With one strange expectation from life,
What do we want to achieve?

Every Feeling In Music.
Music is Emotion.

There's a song for every moment, every emotion, every situation and for every reason. There is sweet music for your ears, a song to soothe your fears. There's a special songs for someone special. And of course there's the song for someone you hate. There's the song for someone you miss. There's the song for someone you desire. There's that song which describes exactly how you feel, and there's that song for exactly how you used to feel! Sometimes theres a song that makes you up on your feet and there's that song which makes you go through a series of memories - good or bad and sob.

Music is Inspiration.
Some encourage you to make you do something 'hatke' in life. Some convince you to hold on and wait for someone in your life, While some make you realize the value of yourself.
Every song has a lyrics, and every  lyric has a meaning to connect to.
Life without music would mean no concerts, no shows, no talent hunts, no musicians, and no character. Bollywood films would be half an hour shorter and the hunt for new genres would be extinct.

Music is Freedom.
Music is a medium to express ones thoughts, opinions and feelings. Some humorous, some sad, some inspiring while some just dance numbers! Music starts of as a thought, then a desire, then feelings and hours of work and then finally, a masterpiece. Music is music ultimately, leaving behind your favorite genre.

Music can do anything. Make a 60 year old dance like a 20 year old, Give hope to a teenager who's lost meaning in life, Inspire people to learn to play an instrument, or just do the Harlem Shake! Music makes you forget things easily and find your meaning in life within moments. Music is love, hate, encouragement, happiness, saddnes and much more.

Music is Life.
Music has evolved over the years. From the slow and romantic music melodies of the 70's and 80's to the faster beats of the 90'.
Every decade has set a trend to music as the 2000's created the love for rap music. Off late the trend in music has set a new high with EDM trending worldwide. Now, a party cannot be hosted without music that doesn't contain EDM.
Music plays a vital role in setting up the thought process of an individual.
Nowadays, music has become so widespread all thanks to the latest innovations and technology that permit easy access and acquisition. From the near-defunct cassette tapes, walkmans, and CD players to the more modern MP3 players and Apple’s iPod line, it has become possible for people to listen to any sort of music simultaneously, conveniently, and privately.
The evolution of choices listening to music and the means of listening to it is never going to come to an end. Music has played a massive role in history of humanity and will surely continue to do so.
Live each moment dancing with every beat of the perfect songs on your playlist. Who knows which new genre you might adapt to in the near future?!

Value your Treasure

To love and cherish those who love us. A simple seven worded sentence. With immense meaning to reflect upon. By personal experience too, I tell you this.
We often overlook those small instances in our lives, those small yet more than significant roles that certain people play in our lives, that help us be who we are. I'm now directly speaking to those, who are never satisfied with what they have.
Who are always having that thirst for more. Not success or money wise. But they are on a journey of self discovery. They aren't satisfied with their present, hence go on to explore the world and different people in their journey of self satisfaction. But, how long can one carry on like this? How many more friends, acquaintances, or people can one maintain? I was on a similar path too. I left the people who loved me dearly stranded in hope of me returning, in a conquest of knowing more people, making new friends, and living free. Although it seemed exhilarating at the beginning, it turned out to be meaningless and goalless after a certain while. I was fortunate enough to have this feeling of self realization at a much early stage. And you wouldn't believe how it happened. Some might tag this to be a love story. I'd rather call it an awakening.
I was talking to one of those people, who  I had left behind in my this conquest. And just catching up normally with each other's life. And suddenly, there came a topic of conversation, wherein we discussed how much I had changed in the recent times. And as this topic came, tears started dropping from my friend's eyes. Glistening and reflecting the light of the setting sun, Each of her teardrop seemed like a pearl fall down from her eye. The tear rolled right through her cheeks and landed straight on my arm. And I had a sudden flashback. In the recent times, no matter how much I shrugged her off, no matter how much I tried to leave, some people never gave up on me. They were still standing beside me, like my support system. I realized something very important. Maybe the most important life lesson I've learnt so far.
Some things aren't worth what you're sacrificing. People who love you, and are always there with you no matter what, should rightfully be given the important place they have in our hearts. We can't just shrug them off in search of pastures new. We must most necessarily sort out are acquaintances, friends and loved ones. A simple I love you to those you truly love wouldn't cost you much. But what it does is cancels out the grantedness inside of us. And makes the opposite person know, What they mean to us. It's an indirect thank you for the role they've played in our lives.
"Do not search for treasure all around the world, without being aware that all this while, it was always in your very own backyard."

Life is crazy,
and totally unpredictable...

And have a reason for everything,
Even if it's totally insane.
